Microneedling

Previously Skin Needling was very dear and needed visiting a specialist; however Microneedling is now a common place factor of daily life in most normal house holds. The Microneedling Roller is a hand held device with many gama sterilized tiny needles which, {when rolled over the epidermis}, carefull part the pores of the top layer of skin and trigger the healing process increasing the production of collagen and elastin.
Collagen is important for skin to heal
Collagen and elastin are the main factors in the formation of stretch marks, the main source of the compilation of skin problems such as stretch marks and wrinkles is that there is not enough|there is a lack of collagen and elastin in the skin, when this is replaced the skin goes back to its smooth state. When an injury occurs, such as a puncture, the skin repairs itself enough to stay healthy; but unfortunately the skin doesn’t heal to a satisfactory level.
In order to remove Stretch marks, scarring and face wrikles, the skin needs to think that there is reason to restart healing itself and produce more collagen and elastin, micro-needling achieves this by seperating the pores of the upper layer of skin giving the illusion of a trauma on the skin and in need of repair. regular Micro Needling will make sure that you skin heals itself to a cosmetic level.
Is Microneedling the best option?
Compared to other practices (and when done at home), Microneedling is far more cost effective and more effective then treatments such as only using creams as the skin absorbes only a minor percentage of creams applied, however when applied within an hour of using the micro needling roller the creams are absorbed much better as the pores are open.
